OS X Tiger

I'm posting this via DASHBLOG. This is soooo cool..

I'm actually upgrading 2 macs to Tiger next week. Both are still running OS9, and my officemates didn't like the idea of upgrading their systems.

For some reason, I can't connect to their computers via appletalk. With Tiger running on all workstations, file sharing shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Incidentally, yet another version of "Could this be love" is getting heavy airplay from radio stations... the chorus goes: "This is the FEST time, i'm gonna say i love you"... hahahaha... no wonder i love podcasts so much!!!

Angelo bought a Canon 350D last week- ANG GANDA!!! As in. It's so good, parang ang galing galing ko!!! Visit my new gallery and look at the pictures I took with the 350D. Stock lens pa. I know, I know, "It's not the camera, it's you, ANG GALING MO!!!"... maybe... maybe.. bwhahahaha

After using the S50 for 2 years, plus 2 other point-and-shoot digicams, this is probably the easiest to setup and use. It's intuitive, it's fast (.2 sec startup time, unlike the S50.. haaay) and the LCD screen is HAYOP!!! Too bad the pictures dont look as good on the crt monitor. hahahahaha

Fast Forward

Grabe. Its been a while since i last posted anything. Here's a quick preview of what i've been up to these past few months:

Had my gall bladder removed - saw The Incredibles - Celebrated Christmas in Paris with my family - Drooled over the mac mini and ipod shuffle - Holy Week in Boracay - surfing the net using my new Mac Mini - Planning this year's vacation in Bangkok (again, with my family).

Whew! Spent the whole night trying to register to Globe Telecom's ALLUWANT promo. No luck.

The Incredibles

One more week. Can't wait! ONE MORE WEEK!

I've downloaded at least 20 megabytes worth of The Incredibles posters, wallpapers, flash animations and trailers. The Disney Site is taking its time updating its screensaver section. Haaay. EXCITING!!!

I read on an online forum that they gave away loot bags during the Gala in London. My brother says the toys received good reviews. Ayayay! More gastos for me. And more gastos for my dad (2-disc special edition dibidi naman pa!). Damn you Pixar! hehehe

The new iPod Photo

GRABE!!! I want one! 65K color screen, 60 Gig hard disk, S-Video out. Ayayay. Too bad sobrang expensive sya. Plus, my brother will kill me if I replaced my existing 3 Gen iPod.

15 hours of continuous music? Sana... Right now, my iPod only plays for about 5 hours with all features off before it shuts down.

I think I'll wait for the 3 Gen iPod Photo before I challenge Angelo to another SOUL CALIBUR first to five duel.

I wonder how the 4th Gen owners feel right now. Kawawa naman. Should've waited noh? Haaay, what's next? iPod Photo Mini? iPod Video?
